Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction
Welcome to Blue Heaven Pomsky. These terms and conditions outline our commitment to transparency, ethical breeding practices, and the long-term well-being of every puppy raised in our family environment. By engaging with our services, you agree to the conditions set forth below.
2. Reservation Deposits
To secure your position on our waitlist or reserve a specific puppy, a reservation deposit is required. All reservation deposits are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to buyer cancellation, change of preference, or inability to complete the purchase. The deposit will be applied in full toward the final purchase price of your puppy.
3. Payment Terms
Full balance payment is required before your companion is released. Final payment must be completed and cleared by our financial institution prior to the scheduled pickup or delivery date. Failure to finalize payment may result in a delay or cancellation of the sale.
4. Refunds and Cancellations
As stated, deposits are non-refundable. If a buyer chooses to cancel their purchase for any reason, the deposit is forfeited. In extreme circumstances, we may allow a one-time transfer of the deposit to a future litter at our sole breeder discretion.
5. Health Guarantee
All puppies are provided in good health at the time of transfer. Each puppy will be examined by a licensed veterinarian and be up to date on age-appropriate vaccinations.
The buyer agrees to have the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of pickup or delivery. Any health concerns must be reported within this timeframe.
Blue Heaven Pomsky is not responsible for illnesses or conditions that arise after the puppy has been transferred, including those related to environment, stress, or improper care.
6. Buyer Responsibilities
Owning a Pomsky is a lifelong commitment. The buyer agrees to provide proper nutrition, socialization, secure housing, and routine medical care. Blue Heaven Pomsky puppies are sold as pets, and spay/neuter agreements are a standard part of our sales contracts.
7. Pickup and Delivery
We welcome families to pick up their puppy locally in Nebraska. For families outside the state, we can assist in arranging professional puppy transport or flight nanny services. All shipping and travel related costs are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
8. General Terms
Blue Heaven Pomsky reserves the right to refuse the sale of a puppy to any home that we deem unsuitable for the breed's needs. We act first and foremost in the best interest of our dogs. These terms are subject to change without prior notice.
9. Acceptance
By placing a reservation deposit with Blue Heaven Pomsky, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all Terms and Conditions outlined on this page and within the final sales contract.
By submitting payment, the buyer expressly agrees not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute for the reservation deposit, as it is clearly defined as non-refundable and is used to secure a reservation position. Any attempt to dispute this charge may be contested with supporting documentation of these agreed terms.
